WHAT DOES WARRANTY COVER?
Jindal warrants that its products to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for the warranty period as mentioned on website.
HOW LONG WARRANTY LASTS?
Unless the warranty is specified, the warranty period is Three (3) years from the date of original sale, other than electrical or electronic goods which is one (1) year.
WHAT WILL Jindal DO?
Upon receiving the product which Jindal confirm is defective, company will at its options either (a) repair or authorize the repair of the products, (b) replace the product ( c) refund the purchase price for the product. Decision of Jindal will be final. Failure to provide evidence of purchase by purchaser will waive off all claims made by the purchaser during the warranty period.
RETURN POLICY
Authorization is required to return any materials. Contact us for a return authorization number. List the items being returned with the reasons . Items must be unused and in original condition with all packaging, manuals and parts. Freight must be prepaid on returned material. Jindal is not liable for returned goods that are lost or damaged during transit, it is responsibility of customer to securely pack the goods to reach Jindal ware house.
NON-RETURNABLE MATERIAL
Custom made, manufactured to order cannot be returned for credit unless it’s due to Jindal error.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Jindal retains all rights to patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets and other intellectual property rights. Purchase obtains no rights to use of such intellectual property.
