1. LONG LASTING INTERNAL FITTING ASSEMBLY

  • Conventional but hall turn
  • Both Spindle & bonnet made of finest extruded brass rod.
  • Rising type, Less number of working parts than coventional one hence, less chances of wear & tear easy to maintain/replace/repair.
  • Multiple transmission thread for maximum lift with minium turn (180 +/- 20 degree turn) result is 3mm standard lift of valve to release sufficient quality of water
  • Anti-slip transmission thread.
  • Transmission thread area (actual working area) duly lubricated with high grade engineering lubricants (silicon).

2. DURABLE EXTERNAL FINISH

  • Chromium Plating
  • Three layer chromium plating i.e. copper, Nickle & chromium.
  • Before nickel plating each piece passes through a copper bath (now eliminated by most of the manufacturers for taking higher production) for added luster and proper electric conductivity resulting in better adhesion of nickel & chromium on the exterior of body.
  • Appropriate thickness of Nickel (10 to 15 microns) and Chromium (0.3 to 0.5 microns) for enhanced luster and enhanced life of outer surface.
  • Electroplating is done on state of the art plant.

3. LEAK PROOF

  • Double rubber sealants
  • For protection of transmission thread from dirt, particles, salt, iron or other impurities in water for enhanced life of the valve.
  • For protection of lubricating agent applied on transmission thread from getting washed away with water for easy & smooth maneuering always & enhanced life of the transmission thread.

4. SOLID BRASS CONSTRUCTION

  • Made of highest grade brass (copper contents 60% or more)
  • All of the components assembled in final product except petty items like screw, etc, are made of brass only. No components so far, has been introduced in zinc by us.
  • Made of die-cast brass (Grade DCB II as per IS) with gravity die casting procedure.

5. EASY OPERABLE

  • Handle
  • Ergonomically designed handles/knobs for better & anti-slip grip
  • Appropriate sizing & punching of knurling for better fitment of handle/knob on internal fitting assembly.

6. ENHANCED LIFE

  • Anti-rotation mechanism in valve resulting in enhance life of seat washer as the same is being protected against getting damaged from roughage on seat. Endurance test done for 30000/100000 cycles* randomly.

7. WATER PRESSURE SUSTAINIBILITY

  • Appropriates & uniform wall thickness all over the body to sustain water pressure of up to 10 kgr/sq.cm

8. UNBREAKABLE THREAD

  • 14 mm of inner diameter maintained at inlet thread to give an appropriate wall thickness in this main load area at the time of installation. Hence chances of thread breakage are almost eliminated.

9. APPROPRIATED SIZING

  • Appropriate sizing & provision of stopper in sieve/aerator fitting area for avoiding it to slip inside the tap or to slip out with pressure of water.

10. STREAMLINED / FORM FLOW

  • Sieve/aerator:
    Appropriate water straightening device i.e. sieve/aerator provided for water saving as well as anti-splash feature.

11. SYNTHETIC RUBBER PARTS

  • Rubber parts:
    All rubber parts are made of synthetic rubber for better life & seal
