Returns & Replacements

    • Product delivered is not as described or mismatched
  • Customers must notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • All requests are subject to verification and approval after inspection by our team or the respective merchant.

Non-Returnable Items

  • However, replacements or refunds may be considered if the product quality is found to be unsatisfactory.

Warranty Claims

  • For products covered under manufacturer warranty, customers are requested to directly contact the respective manufacturer or service center.

Refund Process
